I'm about 75% done with this book and I have to say, it's definitely a page-turner. Every page is a new adventure of sights, sounds & smells. I've been riveted! There have been numerous (and varied) stories of Genghis as a child. This has been the most entertaining.
ReplyDeleteI have found this book to be "age-appropriate" for high school readers (well according to my own personal criteria - but I do have high-school age nieces and nephews), so if anyone wants to borrow it, I think it's one of the books I can lend out.
This was a great read and is such a well written book. For those history buffs, it's pretty historically accurate. Plus, it's a page-turner!!
